Andrew Kienle is a partner and a member of Hart, King &
Coldren's litigation department. Mr. Kienle represents
clients involved in complex business, real estate,
employment and trust matters in state and federal court. Mr.
Kienle has extensive experience representing his clients in
litigation, as well as arbitration, mediation and
administrative hearings. Mr. Kienle has been very
successful in representing restaurant clients in numerous
litigation matters.
Prior to his association
with the firm, Mr. Kienle represented nationwide financial
institutions in lender/borrower disputes and real estate
developers in large-scale construction disputes.
He has achieved the

client in real estate transaction dispute resulting in
conveyance to client of real property worth
significantly more than purchase price.

Superior Court judgment for private Christian school in
action against general contractor on school construction

very early stage of the case
without payment of any monies
Settled a case dispute
on behalf of a large grocery store chain which resulted
in recovery of full value of clients claim, plus
attorneys' fees
Settled a real estate
transaction dispute resulting in conveyance to clients
of real property worth 175% more than purchase price
