Jock Marlo is a
partner with Hart, King & Coldren. His practice areas focus on
commercial litigation with an emphasis in
the automotive aftermarket including warranty claims, regulatory
compliance, product licensing and commercial transactions, on behalf of
automotive manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
Mr. Marlo’s practice also concentrates on assisting marina owners
and operators with legal issues including environmental and operational
regulatory compliance, coastal zone issues, liaison between property owners
and governing agencies, land use, leasing, Floating Home Residency Law, liens,
closures and conversions from rental to resident ownership, and litigation relating to these matters.
Mr. Marlo previously
represented residential and commercial real estate developers and
general contractors in complex construction litigation. Mr. Marlo is
a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
