Mr. Mulvihill has practiced law since 1984 and has been a member of Hart, King & Coldren since 1993. Mr. Mulvihill's practice emphasizes business litigation, homeowner association law, and all areas of construction law. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Mulvihill was a consulting civil engineer for fifteen years, licensed in three states, and responsible for public works projects throughout the United States. He has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for many years. Mr. Mulvihill was responsible for drafting the appellate brief that led to the first California appellate decision expressly upholding a corporation's right to create a special litigation committee to defeat a shareholder derivative suit.
